A pomodoro timer is a tool that breaks work into intervals, typically 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. But if you're already overwhelmed, a rigid timer can actually increase anxiety. That's why we added emotional regulation first.
PrivacyWhere is my data, session history, and streaks stored?
Right in your browser. We don't have servers, so we can't see your data even if we wanted to. Your thoughts and sessions are entirely yours.

Yes! Once you load it, you can disconnect your internet. The timer, the brown noise, and the calm protocols all run perfectly offline so you can lock in without distractions.
